Joel Tulloch has over 20 years’ experience providing strategic IT expertise to healthcare providers, including a special focus on radiology. Joel has delivered numerous successful IT projects and made significant improvements across public and private sectors, in Australia, New Zealand and UK.
Joel has represented businesses from both sides of the table from senior leadership roles, including as a technical director for a multinational ISP/MSP, appointments as outsourced CIO, then as Head of IT for individual businesses. With a focus on delivering excellent service, cyber security, and a smooth IT experience to staff and patients, Joel has helped design, implement, and support the systems for Yarra radiology.
